Each customer now has a dedicated team to provide assistance. You get more than one account manager; you have a team ready to serve you.

Extended Customer Service Hours

We have evening coverage M-F 8am – 7pm, as well as holiday and weekend phone support staffed with live people to assist you.

New CRM and New Knowledge Base

Streamline is focused on providing the best tools to our customers and to our Customer Care team.

Streamline University

We are an industry leader when it comes to learning materials and content. We will continue to expand on the library of content available.

Internal Education Programs

We are investing in the education of our employees. We aim to provide the most knowledgeable and seasoned Customer Care team in the industry.

Technology Advancements

Streamline is investing heavily in performance, security and product quality assurance to ensure that our software operates at the highest standards.
