How do I refer someone?
Simply fill out the referral form above, and we’ll connect with the referred person to discuss their business and how we can help. By entering or accepting the prize in the program, the winner agrees to be bound by these official rules, terms, and conditions and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Whom can I refer?
We ask that you please only refer property managers or owners you have a personal or professional relationship with, people who already know and trust you. The program is designed to reward genuine introductions that help grow the StreamFam community, not cold leads. This program is open to US residents only, ages 18 and above.
What do I get for referring someone?
You will receive your reward via ACH based on the size of the referred company’s portfolio.
When will I receive my reward?
Rewards are processed within 60 days of the referred company making their first payment, provided you’ve sent your completed W-9 to rewards@inhabit.com.
Why do you need a W-9?
Please note that these rewards are considered taxable income; therefore, we need a W-9.
What does the referred company receive?
Once Streamline has received the first payment from the referral, they will receive a credit off one month of services with Streamline. Awarded credit amount is based on account size.
Can I refer a company that's already speaking with Streamline?
Referrals must be new introductions to Streamline. Companies and property managers already in our sales funnel, meaning they’ve been in contact with our Sales team, have an active demo, or have received a proposal, are not eligible for referral rewards.
What if my referral doesn't make their first account payment?
You will not receive a reward unless your referral becomes a customer, but we do appreciate the introduction!
Can I refer more than one company?
Absolutely! There is no limit to how many companies you can refer. More referrals = more rewards.
