Streamline Wrapped: 2025 Year in Review

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year defined by growth, momentum, and meaningful impact—for our clients, our partners, and our people. It was our 20th anniversary at Streamline, so we’re already feeling nostalgic.

From millions of bookings processed to hundreds of product enhancements shipped, 2025 was a year of building, scaling, and showing up stronger for the extended StreamFam. So let’s unwrap the highlights.

By the Numbers: Streamline in 2025

This year, Streamline-powered property managers achieved:

  • 1.8 million bookings processed
  • $4.2 billion in booking revenue

We also grew our StreamFam significantly, with:

  • 777 new Streamline clients added
  • 2,315 Casago-Vacasa units joined the StreamFam since September 2025

That’s millions of guest stays, billions in revenue, and thousands of properties supported—powered by the same goal we’ve always had: helping vacation rental managers run smarter, stronger businesses.

Growing the StreamFam (and the Ecosystem)

2025 was a big year for expansion—both in partnerships and people.

New Integrations

  • 12 new integration partnerships launched

Our ecosystem continues to grow, giving PMs more flexibility, stronger tools, and better-connected operations.

Extended StreamFam Growth

With the addition of LIV, LMPM, and VRM units, our expanded team and implementation resources allowed us to:

  • Launch faster
  • Share deeper expertise
  • Provide more hands-on support across onboarding and beyond

And behind the scenes:

  • 3,038 total new units launched across 33 implementations
  • 23 legacy software team members joined the Streamteam
  • 25 new hires joined the Streamline HQ team
  • Team growth hit one of its highest points in recent years

Product Innovation: Built for the Long Run

Our product team had a very busy year—and it shows.

  • 700+ total product enhancements shipped
    • 250 product stories
    • 450 bug fixes
  • ~20 brand-new product innovations, including tools like Reputation Management (not just updates—net new functionality)

Every release, fix, and feature was built with one focus in mind: helping PMs save time, scale confidently, and deliver better owner and guest experiences.

Support That Shows Up

Behind every great product is a support team that doesn’t miss.

  • 43,187 support tickets resolved in 2025 (YTD)

That’s tens of thousands of questions answered, problems solved, and clients supported—often in the moments that matter most.

Learning & Enablement: Streamline University

Streamline University leveled up in a big way this year.

What’s New in SLU:

  • 16 all-new Micro Courses
  • 7 all-new Full Courses
  • 60+ new courses added to SLU to upskill staff
    • 27 total courses created to upskill staff
    • 2 Full Feature Info Hubs
      • Pegasus (Phoenix)
      • Kraken (coming soon 👀)

Premium & Professional Development:

  • 30+ new courses added to SLU Premium
  • 12 Customer Service & Professional Development courses
  • 24 HR, Safety & Security-focused courses
    • Including Human Trafficking prevention courses required in some states

And the engagement?

  • 178 users actively using SLU Premium
  • One centralized place for ongoing education and team development

Education Beyond the Software

In 2025, learning didn’t stop at courses.

  • 74 webinars hosted with partners, Streamology team, and Summit team
    • 39 partner webinars hosted
    • 18 Streamology sessions now available in SLU
    • 17 SOAR Summit sessions available on-demand in SLU

Whether live or on replay, education remained a cornerstone of how we support PMs at every stage.

Streamline Summit 2025: Soar

Our annual Streamline Summit brought the industry together in a big way! It was our debut user conference on the east coast, not to mention:

  • We had 520 total Streamline Summit attendees, including:
    • 332 Property Managers
    • 154 Vendors
    • 30 Streamline team members
    • 14 keynote & event staff

A few fun facts:

  • 120 attendees didn’t even have to leave Florida
  • Attendees came from 32 U.S. states
  • 11 attendees traveled internationally

The energy, conversations, and collaboration made SOAR a true highlight of the year.
