What Is the All Together Advantage?
When you refer another property manager to Streamline, you both get paid.
- You (the referrer) can earn up to $11,250 per referral
- Your referral will receive a credit off one month of services with Streamline.
- Note that the awarded amounts and credits are based on the size of the account.
The more units your referral manages, the bigger the bonus. Even smaller portfolios earn solid rewards, with referrals managing between 20 – 50 units qualifying for an $800 total payout.
Once you refer someone, you will receive an automated response asking for your most recent W-9 which we will need for tax purposes. Then, within 60 days of your referred property management company’s go-live date (meaning they’ve made their first payment), we’ll award you both based on the number of doors in their portfolio.
