Accounting Updates – Ability to pay listing and booking agents from management commission, combining work order charges on owner statements and allow fees to work on payment types

CRM – Lead Management Pro is transitioning to Streamline’s new Guest CRM. Deeper integration into StreamPhone technology, reservationist motivator KPIs, pipeline reporting, and greater campaign tracking.

Improved Mobile Responsiveness – New Navigation, OTA Messaging and Lead Management

OTA Messaging – Templates and Improved Email Chat Design

Guest Traits – Dynamic Bulk Email Lists using Guest Traits and Traits for Secondary Guests

Quick Blasts – Ability to send custom messages and text (if applicable) from the Reservation screen

Security – Ability for clients to enable Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for users.  New Executive Users can see sensitive information like email passwords and owners banking information

Front Desk Module Update – Front Desk module will now use the same code as the admin area. In areas Front Desk users have access to, they will see any updated UI designs and new features when updates are made in the admin area.

New Wizards – Including Rental Guardian and AirBnB tax and fee wizards Improvement – Automatically create policies for parking and internet policies during onboarding

Yielding – Refined logic to go seamlessly from one yielding partner to another and the ability to self-onboard with yielding partners

PartnerX – New portal for our integration partners to include access to API, Integration Documentation and Content Management Framework

Streamline Communication Mobile App – Stay more connected and respond to communication more effectively. The mobile app will show a counter which implies a new email, text, OTA message or a new lead. You will be able to choose if you want to receive alerts or just use the badge counter. This is our first version with the ultimate goal of allowing you to communicate quickly and efficiently from your mobile phone.
