This year, the vacation rental industry soared, and Streamline was right at the heart of it all:
- 1.7 million reservations were made through our platform—a testament to the trust our clients place in Streamline.
- Over $4 billion in bookings were processed, fueling growth for property managers and creating extraordinary guest experiences.
- We solved an astounding 50,459 support tickets, ensuring our clients could operate seamlessly.
- Our StreamFam sent 841,246 total month end statements to build and grow their business!
Innovating for the Future
Innovation remained our cornerstone in 2024, with:
- 230 new product innovations and 403 software enhancements launched to keep property managers ahead of the curve.
- 9 new integration partnerships forged, expanding the tools available to our clients.
- 22 Streamology webinars and 30 partner webinars hosted to educate and empower our community.
Building Connections
2024 brought us closer to our clients and partners:
- 571 attendees joined the Streamline Summit, including 334 participants from 154 property management companies (PMCs)—our largest Summit to date!
- We attended and exhibited at 25 conferences, strengthening relationships and showcasing our leadership in the industry.
- At the Summit opening reception, 670 drink tickets were enjoyed by attendees—cheers to that!
Giving Back
Our commitment to making a difference extended beyond the vacation rental world:
- Together, we raised over $7,000 for the Children’s Cancer Network to support families in need.
Moments That Made Us Smile
At Streamline, it’s the little things that make the journey special. This year, we celebrated:
- 1,288 music notes hand-painted by Candace for the Summit, adding a personal touch to our signature event.
- 24 loads of laundry Justin Dahl’s family tackled during a bout of the flu—the real MVPs of resilience!
- 112 consecutive days of 100+ degree temperatures at our HQ in Arizona—we’re still recovering from those scorching steering wheels!
- Speaking of steering wheels, Michael Rubin burned his hands 24 times and went through 12 rental cars during HQ visits.
- And Mike Norde’s dedication to “#droidlife” saved him $50 a month on his phone bill—an inspiration for us all.
